Downstairs: Bathroom, kitchen & lounge/dining area are on the ground floor.

Upstairs: Main bedroom (180x200cm bed) and small desk by the window. While the bed is big, the space to pass by the bed is quite tight (25 cm). If that might be an issue please consider it before booking. The extra room has a sofa-bed & desk. 

Amenities:

Washing machine with drying function, shower, central heating system which keeps the house warm in winters, dehumidifier, travel iron, hairdryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket. The house does not need air-conditioning since it is a stone house that has no south facing windows and is naturally cool in summers. 

There is no television

Parking: Free parking area just before and at the end of the street. Depend of availability, we cannot guarantee

Unloading the car in front of the house is possible.

Weather: Please note that summers usually don't get too hot in Nazare, especially near the lighthouse in Sitio. The regular Atlantic winds cool the air, except for absolute wind-still days, which are not too frequent. Bring wind shielding and warmer clothes, also in summer.
